Spirou fan album // Under The Pomegranate Tree
Spirou & Fantasio attend the Cannes Film Festival, and Fantasio becomes enchanted when he watches ‘Anarkali’ – a Bollywood film starring the mesmerising and alluring actress, Nadira Begum.
He gets the chance to interview her at the after-party. They exchange pleasantries and Nadira insists that Fantasio visit India sometime.
Dragging Spirou along with him, they fly to Mumbai and explore the beauty and culture of this Indian Metropolis.
However, as they visit the home of the film’s iconic pomegranate tree – they are in for more than they bargained for, and a new mystery unfolds…
